Because VOID vials are consumable products, returns and exchanges are handled carefully to maintain product safety and quality.

Damaged, Broken or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• The product must still be within its expiry date
• Proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged, broken, or incorrect product may be required

Change of Mind

As VOID vials are consumable food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once the order has been delivered.
