Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within Lahore only.
Same-day delivery is available in selected areas of Lahore, subject to order time, location, product availability, and rider availability.

Order Processing
Orders eligible for same-day delivery are prepared and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after the same-day delivery cut-off, on public holidays, or during unusually busy periods may be delivered on the next available working day.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a delivery update once it is on the way.
Delivery Timelines
- Lahore: Same-day delivery in selected areas
- Orders placed after the cut-off time may be delivered the following day
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, public holidays, and rider availability
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, same-day delivery is subject to availability.
Shipping Charges
The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may vary depending on your delivery location.
Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to WhatsApp, where your shipping charges will be confirmed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery availability will be shown at checkout where applicable. You may also choose from any available online payment options.
Order Updates
You will receive an update once your order has been dispatched.
Our delivery rider may also contact you before arrival. If you need an update regarding your order, contact us and we will assist you.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Please make sure the phone number and delivery address provided at checkout are complete and correct.
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address provided is incorrect, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at voidcoffee7@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the matter and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
A Note on Our Products
VOID vials are consumable food and beverage products. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vials cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are only accepted for unopened and sealed products, or in cases where an order is damaged or incorrect, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
